Using NTX Radar
NTX Radar provides event-discovery information for convenience. You may use the site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the site.
Event information
NTX Radar gathers information from public sources and user submissions. We try to keep listings useful and current, but events can be changed, postponed, canceled, sold out, or incorrectly described by upstream sources. Always confirm dates, times, prices, age restrictions, accessibility, ticket availability, and other important details with the original provider before making plans.
Tickets and third parties
NTX Radar does not sell event tickets. Links may take you to venues, organizers, ticket sellers, or other third parties. Transactions, refunds, terms, and disputes with those third parties are between you and that provider.
Event submissions
Submitting an event does not guarantee publication. NTX Radar may approve, edit for clarity, combine with another listing, decline, or later remove a submitted event. By submitting material, you represent that you are permitted to provide it and grant NTX Radar permission to use the submitted event information and event-specific artwork for listing and promoting that event on NTX Radar.
Monthly support
Monthly support is voluntary and does not unlock premium access. Recurring payments are created and managed through PayPal. The supporter chooses the monthly amount displayed during checkout and can manage or cancel the subscription through PayPal. Payment processing is subject to PayPal's applicable terms.
Content and trademarks
NTX Radar's original site design, branding, copy, and software are protected to the extent provided by law. Event names, venue names, organizer names, trademarks, and third-party event artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranty
NTX Radar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the site will always be available, complete, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, NTX Radar is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on event listings, attendance at third-party events, third-party websites, ticket transactions, event cancellation, travel decisions, or service interruptions.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of NTX Radar after an updated version is posted means you are using the service under the revised terms.
